Safety:

Safety is our main concern for the students and instructors.  If the instructor or coach is struck with either a golf club, golf ball or any training aids during the lesson, clinic or camps then the lesson/session will be stopped immediately and deemed completed for that day.  This will allow time for the coach to recover and regroup.​

Liability for online bookings:

Booking any services from Izak Fouche Golf , the registered booker will be held responsible for the cost of that particular service, no shows will be charged and invoiced.  The price of all services, including clinks, programs and various other plans is available online via Pricing, Online Store & Gift Cards.

​Lessons:

  • Cancellation of a lesson must be made at least 24 Hours prior in order to reschedule.

  • Students should purchase the balls for private lessons at Within Range Golf Centre, Burlington

  • No shows or failure to notify the Izak Fouche within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson and or the client will be liable for the cost for the time booked with Izak Fouche.

  • Refunds will only be provided if and or reschedule of lesson less than 24 hours notice:                                                                  You are forced to cancel a lesson for medical reasons. A refund or rescheduled session will be issued once the Izak Fouche office receives a doctor’s note for said client for that specific day.

  • Lesson packages should be completed at specific venues either the winter facility or summer location during the specific season. For example, if you purchase a package of lessons during the months of April - October lessons will take place at Within Range Golf Centre the lessons must be redeemed there before the end of the season. Lessons  DOES NOT carry over to the next year.

  • Within Range Golf Centre, Burlington (April - October)

  • Indoor Facility (November - March)

  • NOTE: Lesson packages do not carry over to the next season, unused lessons will not be refunded when the season ends.

  • A $25 admin fee will apply with any package cancellation or refund.
     

Clinics:

  • Cancellation of any clinics must be at least 2 weeks prior to the first class in order to receive a refund. A $25 admin fee will apply.

  • There will be no make up classes provided for any missed classes, except where prearranged with Izak Fouche.

  • Students should purchase the balls for private lessons, ladies clinics, adult clinics and Junior Programs at Within Range Golf   Centre, Burlington

  • If there is a medical reason for cancelling or missing any classes. We will make up the class once provided with medical documentation.

  • No Clinics or groups available during the winter months November - March.

  • You are forced to cancel a clinic for medical reasons. A refund will be issued once the Izak Fouche office receives a doctor’s note.

 

Group Session and Junior Programs:

  • Cancellation of any session must be at least 24 hours before the start of the program in order to receive a refund. A $25 admin fee will apply

  • Students should purchase the balls for private lessons, ladies clinics, adult clinics and Junior Programs at Within Range Golf   Centre, Burlington.

  • There will be no make up dates for any missed sessions.

        *  However IF the program is repeated the next month or cycle the student can attend ONE session in the next month or cycle.

  • No shows or failure to notify the Izak Fouche within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson.

  • If there is a medical reason for cancelling or missing any classes. We will make up the camp or camp days once provided with medical documentation.

  • You are forced to cancel a session for medical reasons. A refund will be issued once the Izak Fouche office receives a doctor’s note.
     

Inclement Weather:

In the event that there is inclement weather the instructor will make a determination on whether the classes will be rescheduled. If the instructor has not notified the participants about the cancellation the class will resume as planned.

Indoor Golf Lessons & Membership:

  • Winter/Indoor Golf School Membership hours & lesson packages should be completed at a specific venue.

  • Membership hours/plans do not carry over to the next season but expire on March 31 of each year/season.

  • There is only a certain amount of hours available for membership purchases.

  • There are limited hours available for purchase, no refunds for unused hours.

  • Hours & Lessons  DOES NOT carry over to the next year.

 

Gift Certificate & Gift Cards: 

Gift Certificates purchased are non-refundable but may be transferable upon request. 

Gift Certificates & Gift Cards will not be re-issued or resend, please make certain you use the correct email address.

Purchasing and redeeming gift cards as a customer

After purchase, your customer gets an email with a unique gift card code and instructions on how to use it. The email subject is “Your gift card is ready”. It’s automatically sent to customer’s email address as soon as the order gets “Paid” status.

Then your customer can forward the email or send the gift card link via sms or messenger. A customer can get a link by clicking the "View Gift Card" button in the email. The page at such link contains all the needed info: a link to the store where the card can be applied, current gift card balance, and instructions on how to use it.

NO OTHER FORM OF GIFTS CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
